I compiled the iso and put it on a hard drive and onto the Wii. Basically I matched the ones that had the same names and added all the rest where they seem to fit. So I have the idea of downloading the latest ctgp-r and trying to combine files from the latest one into the injected files on the 2012 version. I tried that and it worked fine, but the problem is all of the tracks are from 2012.

That being said I don't have a MKW disc and really wanna try out the ctgpr tracks, there was someone in 2012 who found a way of injecting ctgpr into a MKW iso and then adding that to a hard drive it can boot via a USB loader.
